Nagpuri Chicken Special

Description

Our authentic Nagpuri Chicken Ready Mix is prepared using the traditional Nagpuri Masala which renders a unique taste of spice and gives a beautiful depth to this flavorful curry, which is a true delicacy of Nagpur, Maharashtra. A total delight for spice lovers!

Ingredients

Chicken 500 g (net), Onion coconut paste, Ginger garlic paste (Ginger, Garlic, Coriander, Green chilies), Authentic spices and masala, Refined Sunflower oil, Turmeric, Red chili powder.

Preparation

1) Thaw the chicken completely (It take approximately 4 to 6 hours to completely thaw once kept at room temperature). Heat oil in a pan/pressure pan & add the thawed chicken to the pan

2) Add salt (as per requirement) and sauté for 10-12 minutes. Rinse the empty pack with (150ml – 200ml) water thoroughly to recover the leftover masala.

3) Heat this water and add it to the sautéed chicken and cook till the chicken is tender.
