The live chickens that we use always weigh between 1.2 to 1.4 kg as its meat stays very tender when cooked. Chicken Content – small to medium cut proportional whole chicken with drumstick/leg piece and chicken liver or gizzard (petha) in each pack.

We procure fresh mud crabs from the creek region along the Maharashtra coast and use it for preparation within a very short period so that the nutritional content, aroma and the taste of the crab stays intact. Crab Content- each pack contains 3 to 4 whole crabs (without legs) and their claws.
