Malvani Chicken Special

Description

Our authentic Malvani Chicken ready mix is prepared using hot and aromatic Malvani masala and lots of coconut which assumes prime significance in the Malvani cuisine. The Malvani chicken curry made with our authentic Malvani Chicken Ready Mix will leave your taste buds wanting more with its hot, spicy and rich taste transporting you to its sun-kissed shores, pristine blue waters and scenic trails. A perfect dish for all the foodies out there!

Ingredients

Chicken 500 g (net), Onion coconut paste, Ginger garlic paste (Ginger, Garlic, Coriander, Green chilies), Authentic spices and masala, Refined Sunflower oil, Turmeric, Red chili powder.

Preparation

1) Thaw the chicken completely (It take approximately 4 to 6 hours to completely thaw once kept at room temperature). Heat oil in a pan/pressure pan & add the thawed chicken to the pan

2) Add salt (as per requirement) and sauté for 10-12 minutes. Rinse the empty pack with (150ml – 200ml) water thoroughly to recover the leftover masala.

3) Heat this water and add it to the sautéed chicken and cook till the chicken is tender.
