Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipops are the ultimate appetizer for any occasion. Everyone loves these saucy, super flavorful and delicious lollipops. Ingredients

1) Chicken wings(14 – 18 pieces), Soy sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Egg ,Corn Flour, Refined Flour, Salt, Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili paste , Red Chilies.

Preparation

1) Thaw the lollipops completely (It take approximately 4 to 6 hours to completely thaw once kept at room temperature).

2) Heat oil in a Kadhai/Pan and deep fry the lollipops. See to it that each Lollipop piece is sufficiently covered with the batter/Marination Mix while deep frying.

3) Serve hot with Schezwan Sauce/chutney.

No need to add salt
